Hi Mark, Before you remove the cross rams, try the product that Chrysler developed to loosen manifold heat risers. The product being: Chrysler Part No. 04318-039AB. Take the part # with you to the dealer parts counter and give it to the attendant who is usually as young they could find and dumb enough to work for minimum wage and he/she probably couldn't find it if you asked for it by name.
