[Chrysler300] History on 300F 8403141690?

Talking to the seller about this 300F on ebay:

The car is missing the original carbs and air cleaners and has disc brakes with 15" wheel covers. I have information from 2006 and 2014 sales where the car had the original carbs still on it and the 2006 listing mentions that the original wheel covers came with it.

I wonder where along the way the car lost these parts.
