What difference does it make? Wednesday through Saturday, or Sunday through Wednesday, you still have to take time off if you want to go to the WHOLE meet. Most people save vacation time for 300 meets.

Can someone explain why the upcoming Newport convention is Sunday thru Thursday, rather than Wednesday thru Sunday, as it has been for decades ? This really plays havoc with folks that have to work during the week.
