Consumable only if you ruin them by overtightening the plugs or by other means.

Hello All,
I am getting ready to do a tune up on my 1956 300B. I have replaced the cap and rotor recently which has helped it idle better, but it still has plugs and wires dating back to the late 1960s that are showing their age.
Does anyone have recommendations on:
-Spark Plugs for the 354
-Plug Wires
Do the aluminum spark plug tubes need to be replaced as well? It seems like these are hard to find. The repair manual seems to allude to these being a consumable?
