{Chrysler 300} Richard Petty ‘64 replica and our 300 members

To all subscribers of Old Cars (Weekly), be sure to check out the feature article in the June 1 issue describing the recreation of Petty’s ‘64 Winston Cup Belvedere.

Several people associated with Richard Petty and his racing career combined their knowledge, efforts and resources to create the replica of his 1964 Plymouth  car.

Notable for their contributions to the effort, according to the article, were our 300 Intl. Club members Herb McCandless and Wayne (Spanky) Cox. 

The excellent write up by Al Rogers is a very interesting read, and I was glad to see he gave credit where due to Herb and Spanky.
